Dave Turner stopped by the decline office yesterday to drop off a new test bike: The Turner Highline. This bad boy has 8” of rear travel that is sprung via the Fox DHX Air shock in the rear and the new RockShox Totem up front.
The Highline has a 1.5-inch headtube, 150mm x 12mm thru-axle rear end, zerk fittings all around and big roller-bearings at all the main pivots. DT was adamant to voice theyÂ’re not ball-bearings! Better side-load performance he says. The thing looks as meticulously manufactured as any Turner weÂ’ve seen. CanÂ’t wait to ride itÂ…
I used to race XC for Dave when I was a junior, so it was good to catch up. He declined his photo to be taken for this blog, but I got an even better photo for you: Check out this aftermarket accessory. A SoCal necessity for any F-250.
