Brent Foes swung through Valencia a few days ago to show us his new project: The Foes Power Clamp, which is a hands-free, self-adjusting bicycle work stand.

Step on the pedal, the clamp closes. Step on it again, the clamp opens. Air-powered work stands aren't just for 1970 Plymouth Superbirds any more...
How does it work? Plug in an air hose from any standard 120psi generator, step on the pedal and the stand does the rest of the work. The air clamp clenches down on the post/frame. Brent assures us that the 120 pounds of pressure won't damage carbon posts or thin-walled aluminum frames.

A closer look at the air-powered power clamp.
There will be three versions of the Power Clamp produced: A floor model, table model and a double-headed floor model. Pricing isn't squared away yet, but models will be available by the first of December.

Options, like this air gun add-on, will also be available.
