This new product was on show for the frist time at Eurobike. The Integrated cassette has been developed to allow a wider range of gearing to be used, by removing the need for a lockring to hold the cassette onto the rotor body. This one is 9t-34t (10spd) option, but others have been drawn up as well. The rotor body and bigger cogs are machined from one piece of aluminium, with the smaller lower cogs being steel, with a nitride coating.
This is a standard cassette fitment, NOT A FREEWHEEL! It will fit onto our existing Pro 2 and Pro 3 hubs and is likely to be available next year. Weights are to be confirmed, but at the moment it's around 20g lighter than a XX cassette on a Pro 2 hub. Cost is expected to be around £150, making it a competitive high end option for those looking for this type of wide ration gearing.
